I updated my page and the EOT associated with it. Now I am missing characters from my documents. Why?
This probably occurs because the old /EOT is taken from the cache, not the new one from your updated site. In Netscape Communicator (or Navigator) you can force a reload of the EOT by holding down the shift key while clicking the Reload button on the Communicator toolbar. It may also be that you forgot to update the EOT. Try creating a new EOT.
