What is log file?
Log files are files that contain information on site traffic and visitors. It is a log of how many pages (impressions) where shown how many requests (hits) were made to the site, etc. These log files are very useful. The log files can become very large quickly so delete it occasionally.
You can analyse the log files by the help of tools provided in the hosting control panel. There are many softwares for analysing these files.
