For example: For the characters in the Western (Latin 1) character set, you
can use the charset=iso-8859-1 in your META tag, like this:

One other common problem lies in the browser. Sometimes the language encoding
must be set specifically for a page when it is viewed in the browser. In Netscape
4.x and Internet Explorer 5.x, you change a browser's viewing encoding via the
View menu, Encoding option.
