E-mail Trouble Shooting

Outlook times out during POP3 downloads. Why?
You may receive the following error messages
  • The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server 0x8004210a
  • A time-out occurred while communicating with the server 0x800ccc19
This problem has been observed in some configurations that use antivirus software to scan e-mail. The products in which this problem occurs may vary.
