What are the data needed for operating your FTP Account?
  1. FTP Username and Password
  2. Host Name (Server's name/IP )
  3. Your root directory
  4. FTP Connection type:
    • To upload your website to your Plesk Windows Hosting package or cPanel Linux Hosting, you need to use FTPS on Port 21.
    • SFTP works only on port 22 for any Web Circuit India Linux Web Hosting package.
All these data are available in your "Hosting Account Info Doc".

Keep your "Hosting Account Info Doc" as a confidential document. Better to take a printout and keep it in safe custody.
