Can't upload images in Wordpress?
PHP and other CGI applications on Windows require their own application pool to be able to write to the temporary directory (C:/temp). If you are on a server with WebsitePanel, please go to your control panel:
  1. Click on the package
  2. Click on Websites on the left side
  3. Choose the website that is having problems
  4. Check the box beside "Dedicated Application Pool"
  5. Click on Update
